The model 3000-C can crimper is designed for crimping all aerosol cans with a 1" inch opening. This unit is calibrated in our testing lab to give a crimp diameter of 1.070 and a crimp height of .185 The crimp diameter is adjustable. The crimp height if fixed. To change the crimp height for cut gasket valves an additional nosepiece is required. Change over takes only minutes. Any & all size cans can be crimped with this unit. The only maintence is a dab of high pressure grease inside the collet with a Q tip periodically depending on use.
