The model 4500-C pneumatic can crimper comes fully equipped with pneumatic controls & regulator. It requires 125 psi air supply. This crimper is virtually effortless to operate. With only a light touch of a lever you can crimp 12 to 15 cans a minute. This unit is calibrated in our testing lab to give a crimp diameter of 1.070 and crimp height of .185 It has an adjustable plunger which permits the crimp diameter to be increased or decreased. The crimp height is fixed. Cut gasket valves requiring more crimp depth can be accomplished with an additional nosepiece. It is very operator friendly. A dab of high pressure grease applied to the inside of the collet is the only maintence required. This product is entirely American made, all replacement parts are in stock if ever needed.
